DIET PROGRAM

The program of diet has been selected by nutritionists and covers all the needs of a child for a balanced and healthy diet.

For the safety, health and right diet of the children, we kindly ask your comprehension and we request that you avoid bringing foods (sandwich, pizzas etc.) inside the camp.

  LUNCH DINNER
Monday: Pasticcio or macaroni with minced meat, feta, salad, fruit Traditional cheese pie or peas, salad, fruit
Tuesday: Soutzoukaki (stewed meatball, faggot) with mashed potatoes, sauce, fruit Spaghetti Napolitán, feta (white cheese), salad, fruit or refreshment
Wednesday: Stuffed peppers with rice and oven potatoes, feta, salad, fruit Hamburger with french fries, salad, fruit
Thursday: Baked fish, or fish croquette, or squid with french fries, salad, fruit Pasta with meat, feta, salad, fruit
Friday: Steak roasted with oven potatoes, salad, fruit Pizza, refreshment
Saturday: Chicken with oven potatoes, salad, fruit Skewer, french fries, tzatziki, fruit or refreshment
Sunday: Roast calf with pasta and tomatoes, feta, salad, fruit Sausages with french fries, salad, fruit

 

-Free refills (food and drink) are offered at all meals.

-All the dinners are prepared in our kitchen by fresh ingredients of the most excellent quality.
